NEW ORDERS:
Should we not have your size in stock, we will need to order a new dress in from our supplier.  New orders take approx. 10-16 weeks to arrive - please enquire before you order regarding the processing time.  We highly recommend you to order at least 6-8 months prior to your wedding date.  Please note that laces and materials may become unavailable at any time and we would therefor further recommend you to order your dream wedding dress as soon as you know it's the ONE.
 
DELIVERY:
We deliver anywhere in Australia and to most international countries. Approximate time frames are as follows:
* Delivery within Australia: 2-7 working days
* International delivery: 5-15 working days, depending on your location.
* Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to check on import processes and taxes prior to purchase. Our estimated delivery time frame may be affected by custom import processes.
* Estimated delivery times are in addition to processing time. 
 
DELIVERY COSTS:
National Delivery (within Australia): AU$55.00
International Delivery: AU$150.00
* Delivery includes tracking, insurance and signature on delivery
 
SIZE & FIT:
Our dresses are available to order in standard WD (wedding dress) sizes. 
Wedding dress sizes differ from everyday wear.  Please refer to your measuring and size guid to get your WD size.
Please note that alterations may be required to get the perfect / desired fit.  
Alteration charges are not included in the price and will be for buyer's own account.
