We currently offer shipping on accessories within Australia only. International customers may place orders that include a wedding dress; please see details below.

Order Processing
All in-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Out-of-Stock Items
Items that are marked as out of stock will take approximately 20 working days to arrive at our studio. Once received, these items will be dispatched promptly. You can expect to receive out-of-stock items within 30 working days from the date your order is placed.

Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via Australia Post and include tracking. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Orders Including a Wedding Dress

• Wedding dresses are shipped at a flat rate of AU$150 for international orders.

• Jewellery and accessories purchased with a wedding dress will be shipped at no additional cost when sent together.

• If you would prefer your accessories to be shipped separately, standard accessory shipping rates will apply.

Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges on jewellery or accessories for change of mind, including if you decide the item is not suitable, have ordered incorrectly, found the item cheaper elsewhere or no longer wish to proceed with your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure all jewellery is quality checked prior to dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photographs and a description of the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer one of the following in accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

• A replacement of the item

• A repair

• A refund (if a replacement or repair is not available)

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Sale Items
All sale or discounted jewellery items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

For custom or made-to-order goods:

• A refund is not required unless the item has a major fault or does not match the agreed specifications.

Return Process
Approved returns must be sent back in their original, unworn condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed as faulty.

We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
