Wedding dresses are shipped at a flat rate of AU$150 for international orders.

Jewellery and accessories purchased with a wedding dress will be shipped at no additional cost when sent together.

Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges on jewellery or accessories for change of mind, including if you decide the item is not suitable, have ordered incorrectly, found the item cheaper elsewhere or no longer wish to proceed with your purchase.Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure all jewellery is quality checked prior to dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photographs and a description of the issue.Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer one of the following in accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

Approved returns must be sent back in their original, unworn condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed as faulty.We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
