Change of Mind
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewellery or accessories for change of mind, including if you decide the item is not suitable, have ordered incorrectly, found the item cheaper elsewhere or no longer wish to proceed with your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure all jewellery is quality checked prior to dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photographs and a description of the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer one of the following in accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

• A replacement of the item

• A repair

• A refund (if a replacement or repair is not available)

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Sale Items
All sale or discounted jewellery items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

For custom or made-to-order goods:

• A refund is not required unless the item has a major fault or does not match the agreed specifications.

Return Process
Approved returns must be sent back in their original, unworn condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed as faulty.

We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

1. Avoid Contact with Chemicals
Keep your jewellery away from perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, cleaning products, and other chemicals, as these can cause tarnishing or damage.

2. Remove Before Activities
Take off your jewellery before swimming, showering, exercising, or doing household chores to prevent exposure to water, sweat, and abrasive surfaces.

3. Store Properly
Store your pieces in a dry, cool place, preferably in a jewellery box or pouch. Keep items separate to avoid scratches, tangling, or damage.

4. Clean Gently
Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe your jewellery after each wear. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap and water solution and dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

5. Handle with Care
Handle delicate pieces, especially those with stones or pearls, carefully to prevent bending, chipping, or loosening of embellishments.

6. Regular Checks
Inspect clasps, settings, and embellishments regularly to ensure everything is secure. Repair or tighten any loose components promptly.
